OSHA physical may include all or some of the following:

• Comprehensive laboratory services
• Chest x-rays with or without B reading
• Electrocardiograms
• Audiometric screening
• Pulmonary function testing
• Drug and alcohol screening
• Vision screening
• Laboratory analysis: blood chemistry, hematology, heavy metals, urinalysis
