Dr. Freedman is a board certified physician and graduate of the Medical College of Georgia in 1975, completing his residency program in 1977. He is a member of The Duval County Medical Society, the Florida Medical Society, the Southern Clinical Congress and the American Association of Medical Review Officers (AAMRO).
