Medical Express was established over 22 years ago in Jacksonville, Florida. Our mission is to help companies around the country screen and hire the most productive employees possible by providing customized, timely and comprehensive drug testing and background screening. Our commitment to personal service has made us one of the largest and fastest growing employment screening companies in the country, performing thousands of screens monthly. Medical Express is dedicated to using only SAMHSA certified drug and alcohol testing labs. These labs perform millions of test annually for both DOT-regulated and non-regulated workplace programs. Our services include national drug and alcohol testing, background screening and health screening services.

• Our Medical Director, Donald S. Freedman, M.D., has been with Medical Express since its beginning in 1990. Dr. Freedman, a board certified physician, graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 1975 and completed his residency program in 1977. He is a member of The Duval County Medical Society, the Florida Medical Society, the Southern Clinical Congress and the American Association of Medical Review Officers (AAMRO).
